The project for this course will be on HR Attrition and Analytics. To determine whether a worker is likely to depart the company, the project will make use of some of the classification model. This action enables HR to step in and implement strategies to keep the employee by providing appraisals and other benefits.

As the project is being developed, this will provide practical experience working alongside and utilising various tools in R Studio.
