Description
How do churns work?
Customer churn, sometimes known as "churn," is the term used to describe customers who discontinue using a product or service. Different business sectors experience client attrition. We'll be concentrating on the telecom sector in this lesson. We're trying to foretell which customers will switch from their existing telecom provider in this case. Studies of this kind are referred to as churn analyses.
Because acquiring new clients is more expensive than retaining existing ones, it is a hot topic in customer relationship management (CRM) departments. Therefore, businesses seek to keep them from leaving.
To find variables linked to customer churn, we'll use the statistical programming language R.
We require a dataset containing information about the previous clients who left in order to identify the customers. We create a model using this data to identify clients whose profiles are similar to those of the departing ones.
