The goal of the course is to create a Complaints Tracking System (CTS) utilising the SQL Server database and the VB.Net programming language of the.Net framework. Users of the app should be able to submit consumer complaints and track them over time.

There are two portions to the course. Introduction to the complaint tracking system is covered in the first portion, and database design, UI development, coding, testing, and system testing for the app are practically explained in the second section.

The course has a level four difficulty. To work on the project, participants should have a basic understanding of database management,.NET framework, VB.Net, and SQL.
