Team Building Through Chemistry Course 

Teams are an integral part of any business. The key to successful team building is addressing the importance of chemistry between team members. It is not enough to have a group of people work on a project; people have to connect and balance each others’ strengths. By focusing on the group’s chemistry as you build the team, you will increase the chance of avoiding pitfalls and will develop a sense of unity among your coworkers.

Course Content

This course has 12 modules / lessons. Each of them have videos, case histories, quizzes, assessments etc. Some of the important modules / lessons are -  getting started with the course, understanding teams, teams development models, chemistry in teams, diversity, vision and goals, roles, leadership functions, develop cohesion, build relationships, direction of team, closing, etc.
