Manager Management Course

With the Manager Management workshop, you will be able to provide the skills, guidance, and empowerment to your team of managers. This course has 12 modules / lessons. Some of the important modules / lessons are - getting started with the course, grooming a new manager, coaching and mentoring, measuring, performance, motivating managers, signs of poor management, trust your team of managers, when an employee complains about a manager, when do you step in, remembering these basic qualities, wrapping up the course, etc
